Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100
  • For Middle East orders (Saudi Arabia, Dubai): free shipping on orders over $200

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship worldwide to most major destinations.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my order?
Yes. If you're unhappy with your item, you can return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

Product & Availability

Do you restock sold-out items?
Typically, no. We prefer to release limited-run, exclusive pieces. Once it’s gone, it’s gone — so we recommend acting fast if you see something you love.

Do you offer wholesale orders?
Yes, we handle wholesale orders in-house. Please email us at support@intlcollective.com for inquiries.

Do you offer women’s clothing?
All of our clothing is unisex and designed for a universal fit.

What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?
Contact us right away — we’ll make it right.

Order & Payment Issues

Did my order go through?
If your order was successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number. If not, your payment may not have gone through.

Common reasons for failed payments:

  • Billing address mismatch
  • ZIP/postal code doesn’t match the card
  • Card issuer declined the transaction

If you're unsure, contact us and we'll assist you.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store or have access to your payment details. All payments are processed via secure third-party systems. The only information we receive is your name, email, and shipping address.
