Seasonal Shipping Notice:

Orders placed between Feb 11–22 will begin processing on Feb 22 due to a scheduled warehouse break. All standard shipping timelines apply once processing resumes.

Rates

  • $10 flat rate on orders under $100 USD
  • Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders $100 USD and over

Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait):

  • Complimentary shipping on orders $200 USD and over
  • $20 USD flat rate on orders under $200 USD

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by region.

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@intlcollective.com and we’ll assist you.

Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Lost or Incorrect Deliveries

INTL Collective is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier
  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship once available. Estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may ship once all items are available.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original branded packaging must be included

A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days

Final Sale Items:
Items marked 'Last Chance' are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us to confirm availability
  • If available, your replacement will ship within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • If unavailable, we will provide alternative options

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTL Collective is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred on returned items.
