We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders under $100
Free international shipping is offered on all orders over $100 USD
*Orders to the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Dubai) Free Shipping for orders over $200. Otherwise a cost of $20 will be charged for DHL Shipping.
Please allow 2-8 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
The average arrival time is 10-15 working days from the time of order confirmation. An order can, however, in the very rare occasion, take slightly longer, but is mainly dependent on your location.
Should your order take longer than 15 working days to arrive please contact us and our support team will resolve the issue for you.
Any duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item is listed as preorder, it will ship out once it is restocked.
All items can be refunded within 10 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please send us an email directly to email@example.com to notify us that you’d like a refund.
Please retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this MUST be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved (please see the exemptions and exceptions below), then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
A restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount.
If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note, we will not be held responsible for any taxes/duties on returned items.
